If it's for home use, you can use one of these.
Keyless thumb lock
Very nice! If you bolt these things in, you can turn that removable center section into a dining table too.
Or just ditch the hatchet all together, then get a folding saw (Im not specifically recommending that one, just an example) which will be much more useful, smaller, and weigh less. Also a pair of lightweight grippy gloves isnt a bad idea.

Here you go buddy
They are refrigerator compartment latches. They are the same look as the ones usually on converter covers but can be a different size.
From Amazon comments (and it's cheaper there...):

Did the clamp break or just the screws? Might be able to fixing using pop rivets I stead of screws.
Replacements can be just a universal type clamp. It does not have to follow the exact contour of the camper top lip.

Seal it with some dicor lap sealant.
Honestly I recommend having a tube of dicor and a pop rivet set along with a set of tools for the camper. Toss in some shark bite fittings and a few feet of pex and you are pretty good!
I've had so-so results with this product. It worked in converting a fast air leak into a slow leak, but it was still necessary to re-inflate every day.
But air mattresses, even high-end ones, are not going to hold up to daily use.
Putting these over your windows will do even better than just curtains alone. All the heat trying to get in will be reflected back outside. It leaves it dark inside but way better than sweating your balls off needlessly.
Push to open touch latch
Not exactly the same, but the same mechanism.
The locks on my Dell rack (and most racks) are typically cheap standard-issue cabinet locks. They may use a different cam but in my experience you can take the cam off the old lock and put it on the new one. The main variables for that kind of lock are length and diameter, so get those right and you'll be able to find drop-in replacements anywhere.
I also like thumb turn locks for this application, since they have about as much security as those crappy cylinder locks and are a lot less annoying than using a screwdriver after drilling them out.
I think these are RV vent latches.

these tracks
And you have to buy these too. On these, I had to cut little tabs off to make them slide smoothly, watch out for that because you will have to take them out to get to it.
I would guess your table mount is one like this.
I had the kids break ours on both the top and bottom. yours looks buried under the carpet though. tough break cause your not going to be able to avoid lifting the rug.
i got my carpet here
Gotcha, thanks for the help! Found this, which might work for me if I want to be less creative https://www.amazon.com/dp/B017C0RLP2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_hnhNxbAB19MRX
