You can use any virgin coconut oil that you'd find at the grocers but dilute it in a spray bottle with water. Then after your shower shake your spray bottle and spritz it all over your hair. If you want a thicker oil I'd suggest Moroccan oil -- this is a great brand. Either way you'll smell yummy all day :)
Unfortunately, according to the ingredients list, its mostly cheap, coating silicone, and very little 'oil'.
What you will need:
-Hair Spray http://www.drugstore.com/american-crew-grooming-spray-for-men-variable-hold/qxp215087?catid=183488&fromsrch=american+crew
-Hair Cut
Get a haircut that is short on the sides, squared off in the back, and longer on top making sure the stylist does not cut off too much of your bangs. Ask her for advice as well as to how to style your hair. When first getting out of the shower dry your hair until it is slightly damp, then apply a dime sized amount of hair oil. Then, after rubbing the hair oil throughout your head, apply a nickle sized amount of the styling putty. Rub throughout your whole head as well with the putty. For a messy look make sure to follow the natural flow of your hair so nothing looks forced. Remember, always finish with hairspray.
I wash my hair once a week. Typically on Thursday so it's nice and clean for the weekends. I use Pureology Hydrate Shampoo along with the conditioner.
Coconut oil hair treatments every other week or my hair does something weird.. Haha.
Moroccan Oil daily. I will NEVER live without this stuff. It is liquid gold. Even the smell.
SPF, low sugar diets, lifting heavy, and also oil pulling!
Have you tried Argan oil, or Moroccan oil?
L'Oreal have something similar called Mythic oil.
Use a serum or argan oil in it while tame to prevent frizz, and keep it healthy, and soft if you get really frizzy hair. I like Moroccan Oil, you only need a really small amount, and your hair feels incredible and leaves you without frizz.
This is my hair. I use Aussie shampoo and conditioner, and lately I've been using Moroccan Oil after showers. The oil was a bit pricey, and was the first hair product besides shampoo/conditioner I've ever bought, but it smoothed out my hair from the very first use!
I shower once every few days, and never straighten, blow dry, or dry-brush it. I comb it with a wide toothed comb in the shower sometimes, but usually I'll just run my fingers through it. Then again, my hair isn't just frizzy, it's also curly as fuck and naturally tends towards dreads...
• Rinse it every time in the shower
• Wash it on occasion if it's really bad
• Moroccan Oil
