I don't believe such a piece exists yet (nearly every other conceivable gopro mount does), but you could make one using a gopro tripod adaptor and a normal light mount for this position. They are also available in Aluminium if you want stiffer/stronger

Edit: It might be even easier with a short extension and put a spacer between the lugs, then spread the lamp adapter and bolt directly through.
