Rockauto probably has it cheaper, but every part you'll need other than bumper guard squeezies.

I agree with everyone else. Someone bumped you. When two slick bumpers meet at low speed usually there's no paint damage just plastic collapsing or folding. I've had it happen to me before. Hope you have comprehensive insurance. You could probably get a bumper guard to cover this, something like this or this

This one?
This is it, they also sell it on extreme terrain for 20 dollars more. The only downside I found to putting this on is the connectors for your fog lights don't reach once extended and I had to rewire them. Wasn't too bad though all in all took about 2 hours maybe a little less.
Edit: figured out how to actually link things!
That thing is mint except for the bumper.
I'll just leave this here:

The frequently bought together section in the middle of the page has all the parts you need to make this 100% mint.
I just bought one of those myself, crashed my XJ the the day before Thanksgiving when my big flotation tires broke loose on a rainy intersection. When I have it all fixed, I'll post a full article and the video.

Something like this. Buddy of mine just went to home depot, bought some bolts and washers and used his girlfriend's hair bands to make his. turned out surprisingly well
There's a really good chance your bumper isn't strong enough or it's at least not worth the concern. I'll be ordering this shortly and that should take some stress away.

Most of what you'd see in that price range is no-name Chinese steel bumpers such as EAutoGrills(EAG), Restyling Factory, etc. There's a ton of them on Amazon or Ebay. I have no particular complaints about them; the welds aren't the cleanest but they're typically as beefy as you'd want and hit the functionality for value mark.
You mentioned no preference on style, but I think you should make the decision to either protect the fenders or leave the open wheel look. Narrow it down from there.
Note that a steel bumper will add 55-80 pounds forward of your wheels, and a steel cable winch another 80 pounds. All that weight will definitely cause the front end to sag. A couple of pucks from a leveling kit helps, but the real fix for that is upgraded springs. Keep those in mind if you're thinking about the total price of a steel bumper and winch.
Maybe something like these?

I did something similar to this with the reverse lights on my truck. I just took shipping tape and sanded it with 550 grit. Then I put the sanded tape on and trimmed it to fit with an Xacto knife. It worked pretty good until the lights shitted out

First of all RGB LEDs are three colors that you can mix to produce most colors. If you just want white light you don't want RGB LEDS.

EAG Bumper
EAG is pretty quick to answer on their Instagram page if you want to ask on fitment. From my understanding some JL and JK bumpers are interchangeable.

I just found this. Seems to be different brands for the same looking bumpers. If it is the same it's a good price

It's a cheapie from Amazon, seems pretty sturdy tough and looks cool. Also the fog lights came out of the old bumper, they just bolt right into the back of this one.

That's it! And as far as winching goes I think I am going to place a 1/8" steel plate underneath the winch mount to make it a bit more stout.
Yeah, then I still need to make brackets mounting off something solid to screw into. Thats the hold up there.

Can you find out the type of bulb it is.You are going to have to do some researching. Why not post a picture of the bulb or does it have markings? There should be a model number on the bulb. Once you have a model number check ebay and select USA only. You might have some luck. I am curious myself. I couldn't find anything after searching.
For the type being why not wire up a cheap handle bar clamp dual sport light or something like that. This one is prime so you can get it in a few days and get back on the road. Even a cheap replacement headlight would work.

What if it is not? It could be a spotlight and look almost the same.
I have no direct suggestions, just maybe consider getting a rear bumper with a tire carrier on it, something like this (I'm not suggesting this one exactly, just the idea)

I have that bumper, and just ordered another one for a friend of mine. It's a great bumper. Easy install, and you can re-use your factory fog lights without any real problem. I have a winch mounted on mine, as well as an LED lightbar.
FYI...there are a couple of manufacturers that sell what appears to be an exact duplicate of this bumper. I don't know if one factory in China makes them all and they just get sold under different brands. The Extreme Terrain variation certainly has outstanding reviews, but so does the same bumper from EAG which you can get for $30 less. Also note that Extreme Terrain will give you a discount if you message their rep on Wrangler Forum. When I ordered this exact bumper last week, they only gave me a 6% discount which didn't get the price down to the EAG version, but I bought from them anyway because they've been good to me in the past. FWIW, I also have an EAG bumper and have nothing but good things to say about their quality...but as far as I know, EAG is mail-order only so I'm not even sure how you'd go about dealing with any problem that you might encounter...with Extreme Terrain you can just call them up.
