I remember back when I was mostly ok with the SWAT-issue Kitchen Knife doing as much damage as it does because I had a plethora of melee weapons to choose from that were just as effective, if not moreso... Then they got nerfed to where they currently are in the non-beta version, which are still somewhat situationally useful if you invest points into the brawler skill tree.

And now with this shit? You could dump full points into brawler and equip the Infiltrator perk deck, but you'd still only be slightly more viable in melee than this.

I find lots of crazy costumes on amazon! My 4yo asked to be a donut this year, before he settled on a pumpkin.

You can find appropriate Halloween costumes. I have a 13yo I've managed to never send her out looking like a rapist bait. Even this year. She went as Alice from Alice in Wonderland there were about 12 different Alice costumes, some would land you on an MTV series about teen pregnancy, and others wouldn't. The problem you have is you are looking for Cosplay of a the speicific character above. You wont find a dress off the shelf that looks just like that. You could find something similar and modify from there. This is similar to a Lolita Maid Dress, those are going to be your best bet as a starting point.
