Either in this sub or /r/steroids, someone mentioned that hibiscus tea has the same effects as lisinopril. There was even a link to an NIH study.

Well, being on 700 tren, 525 test e, and 100 ED of adrol, my BP was at like 170/102... Two weeks after using this stuff: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01HLXZES6/ref=cm_sw_r_wa_apa_2icoyb91YZ3F9 my BP is hovering around 123/61...

I only picked that brand because of the price, quantity and ingredients when compared to others. There might be better products out there.

Can't really give much in the way of anecdotal results since I just started yesterday, but I picked up this one off Amazon after some pretty excellent reviews I saw someone post here.

Do they want you to take readings in a doctors office or at home? I have honestly been preparing for this though. I started taking these pills that are 100% natural that are supposed to reduce BP. I also read that beet juice 2 hours before a reading can lower BP too. Maybe try those? Please keep me updated on what happens. Hopefully your experience will help prepare me!

So sorry, we understand. Here is a list of almost all helpful therapies for POTS from prescription RXs, to herbs, to lifestyle changes etc. There are lots of supplements that can relieve some pots symptoms. Important to load on salt, wear compression, hydrate extra, as you probably know.

I suggest Hawthorn berry for lowering BP naturally, it also lowers BPM. It's often called "nature's beta blocker" and I don't think it should negatively interfere with a BB BUT I don't know! Read the reviews, do your own research and if you choose to take it start slowly as with anything. I don't want to take responsibility if it makes you feel worse, but honestly, I really really feel it can help you! at least a bit int he mean time.
