Get some Clorox Foaming Bleach (you can get it at Walmart or similar) and some magic erasers.

The floor looks lightly textured so you would need to be careful but you can also try some of these.

This looks like serratia_marcescens which is common bathrooms and other wet environments. It is pretty resilient and you will need to keep cleaning the area pretty regularly to kill it off. The best think would probably be to get a steam cleaner if you really need to get this off. This unit is really good.

Some people recommend scrubbing bubbles and a toothbrush to get rid of all the soap scum. I have personally had good luck with Clorox Non-bleach Bathroom Cleaner. You just spray the razor down and let it sit for a few minutes, and then scrub at it with an old soft toothbrush and hot water.

After you clean it up, you can bring the finish to a shine using Flitz metal polish and a soft cloth.

Some of their products contain bleach, just get one with no bleach.

This looks like it, but tbh if I were you I'd buy it at a local store. Usually if it has bleach, it will specify "Scrubbing Bubbles with Bleach," but I'd still want to double check the active ingredients.

Hope this helps.
