Would probably look better than it is now, but if you plan on buying those you need hubcentric rings to avoid vibration. The centerbore of those wheels is a tad different than the civic.

These will work

Scrapyards are a good place to look around, if you're just looking for something OEM-looking and don't mind some scuffs. The really flashy stuff is aftermarket and you just have to find what you like - tirerack or something, I suppose, to start with.

W/r/t sizing, I'd probably see what factory options were first, and use that as a sizing guide. Wheel-Size.com says that the Nismo edition shipped with 18x7" rims, so if you could find those somewhere that'd be a good place to start and you'd know it'd work.

To expand your search pool a bit, check out Honda Accord wheels. They shipped a bunch with optional 18x7.5" wheels about 10-15 years ago and scrapyards are full of 'em. They use the same bolt pattern and you'll need a 2mm (64.1mm -> 66.1mm) hub-centric ring spacer for the hub. They also have a slightly wider offset which should compensate for the wider wheel and prevent rubbing.

If you get bigger wheels you'd need different tires, of course, hopefully matching the outside diameter (so your speedometer/odometer aren't off). 215/40R18 would be the closest match and would work on either a 7" or 7.5" rim. If you did have the 7.5", you could go up to a 235/40R18. Which would be pretty grippy.

Or you could leave it stock, because they're probably fine as-is. But what's the fun in that. ;-)
