[LOUNGE PUG] (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00LB69LHA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_wAefzb2ZRZJ14) is the biggest I could find tbh.

And that's still not big enough. We need like a King Size bed sized one that's full to the brim.

u/johnkiniston · 7 pointsr/PrimeDay2016

I bought a 7 foot long bean bag chair/couch thing!

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0055DXL30/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza

I sat on a lovesac (Maybe a fake one) at a friends friends house once and thought it was pretty cool so I'm hoping this is simiar.

It’s a huge bean bag chair my roommate got on Amazon!

This looks like it but he said it was only about $100.

It kinda has a memory foam feel? My husband says it's this brand.

This thing is heavy AF lol

Got seating? Nothing sucks more than an apartment without adequate seating. Get nice seating. Sofas, chairs. I just bought a 7' foof chair that arrived today. It's not "grown up", but fuck being a grownup, it's the most comfy thing ever. Like a cross between a pile of thick blankets and a memory foam pillow.

Got a rug? Buy a rug that matches that seating. Helps define a space and brings a room together. Makes it seem intentional.

Got paint? Shit, son, go crazy. Paint the place. Look up what colors work best in big or small spaces. Consider just painting one wall. Also consider painting that wall a color that's gonna match your seating and rug.

Got curtains? Curtains do wonders. Don't make EVERYTHING the same color, but curtains can do just as well as an accent wall for tying a room together. On a tight budget? I am, and curtains can be really damn expensive. I had great success with these and the clips. Then, I got crappy king size sheets from Wal Mart, trimmed them down to size, and used the existing hem at the top of the sheet for the hem at the bottom of the curtain. Bam. As an added bonus, they're thin, crappy sheets, and alone, will let some light in through them for a great look. Mine are in front of the existing blinds for when I want real darkness, but a double layer will do the trick if no blinds exist. Just make sure your curtains aren't TOO heavy, especially if your drywall sucks, and ALWAYS use proper screws for mounting- the beefier the better, curtains get tugged on all the time, and when they're open, all the weight is resting on one or two points of the wire, causing great stress. I've had them rip out of the wall before because I was careless, and then you have to spackle and then there's tons of dust and it's just a mess.

So, your walls are painted, put shit on them! Not too cluttered. If you aren't a "pictures" sorta guy (And who is anymore? Don't we have walls on Facebook for that?), then you can use something else. I got one of those deep gallery frames in black and flattened some birch bark and put it in there. Looks great contrasted against a darker colored wall. Small shaped mirrors can also work, and in some spaces, larger mirrors on the wall can make the space seem bigger. I have a couple small round mirrors of varying sizes clustered around a mirrored clock- Got it all at Target.

Here's a trick to consider: Mount a large mirror on the wall opposite the TV such that you can see the TV in it. This has two benefits: One, watching a movie in the dark, it reflects the light, giving an ambient lighting effect similar to those TVs with the colored back lights that dynamically respond to the image. Two, it allows you to be able to see the TV from anywhere in the room, without facing it- a godsend when you need to squeeze more chairs in a small living room for guests.

Consider getting a head board for your bed. It makes it look and feel more substantial and grown up, plus, you can tie someone to it, if you're into that.

Make sure there's adequate lighting! Makes the place seem bigger, and friendlier, and better.

I'm also fresh out of college, and I enjoy doing this sort of thing. I've lived in my current place for a few years now. My roommates don't always give a shit about this stuff, but I do. I can think of more if you're interested. I'd be happy to post some pictures of any of the suggestions I've listed if you'd like, it's all stuff I've done myself around my place. Also, go wander around IKEA if there's one near you, even if you don't buy from there you can get design ideas.

for years i've struggled with sleeping problems. i hated resorting to medication because when i do sleep, it tends to be very deep sleep, almost nothing wakes me until my body decides that it is time. about a year ago i bought one of those giant bean bag things (comfort research on amazon, i'm not linking because i don't do referral stuff). I bought a 7 foot model (i'm a few inches above 6 feet) just for you know, a comfortable place to play video games. To my surprise, when I got this and set it up, all of my sleep problems instantly vanished. I don't know if it was a coincidence, but i doubt it. I'm slightly afraid of it, to be honest, at night I can never last more than 5 minutes without falling asleep. Its been a year now and the changes are amazing. I've had fewer episodes, my sleep schedule is borderline healthy and 'normal', my back pains (from an old car accident) rarely flare up, and when i wake up in the morning i am refreshed and energetic. I can't praise enough the changes that a new sleeping surface have made in my life. This particular solution might not be right for everyone, but i would strongly suggest at least experimenting with different mattresses, materials, etc. Healthy sleep and the right positions can make so much difference in our lives.

If you want to see what I'm talking about. If your insurance covers it, maybe this would help, too

This beanbag couch I've wanted one for YEARS!!! My dad and stepmom have a couple and I have been so jealous. Someday....

u/Yard_Pimp · 3 pointsr/ifiwonthelottery

Try these... I've got 2 and love them. (the seat, not the girl)

Cheaper and just as comfy:

Big Joe Lenox Fuf Foam Filled Bean Bag, Extra Extra Large, Black - 1655 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079YYN2P5/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_Tr41Db85JE1R8

u/thin_the_herd · 2 pointsr/INEEEEDIT

Based on how it looks, I bet you would spend no more than $250 on steel and misc materials for the cage, a couple hundred to powdercoat or paint it with good quality automotive paint. Then you have to figure in the cushions and upholstery, and I bet that's where the serious dollars are burned. But if it was me, I would just but buy one of these and build the cage around that. But then it wouldn't be weather proof, which again, is likely the reason this thing is so expensive. I bet their markup is still double or more what it costs to build.

u/jmgurtler · 2 pointsr/AnimeFigures

I read that using a big box and one of these: https://www.amazon.com/Comfort-Research-UltimaX-Refill-Liters/dp/B0055DXQS0

is the best way, personally I haven't tried it, but I probably will once I move, along with ziplock bags.

u/CrossEyed-FishFace · 2 pointsr/femalefashionadvice

I said this in a similar thread once, but I bought myself a 7' beanbag couch for my 30th bday. Four years later and I still love it.

10/10 would recommend

Edit: I took this snap about an hour ago. That's my 180lb saint Bernard pup snuggling my legs on "the bean." I could lay on it (and I'm not a smol lady) with my saint, German Shepard, and staffy all together and still have some wiggle room.

u/NephilimSoldier · 2 pointsr/tall

That's why I like this thing.

u/RhinoInAHat · 2 pointsr/unpopularopinion

I hope it’s not a foof

u/RumpleAndBelle · 2 pointsr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

From each list?

On my wishlist for basic home needs/wants the highest priority is This mp3 player. My kids enjoy falling asleep to music, I find it helps my two year old sleep longer our five year old mp3 player finally died.

Books list my highest is this book, I am obsessed with the series and this is the next one I need I am going nuts not being able to read it.

The kids wishlist the highest is a bean bag chair for my two year old son, he loves the one his uncle has but I haven't been able to find any in our area for a decent price.

Makeup list highest because it helps me look good lol.
Nail polish highest my nails are overly weak right now and hurt I am hoping this would help.
Movies highest because it is hilarious.

u/StickyRightHand · 2 pointsr/malelivingspace

I bought mine from Amazon.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lounge-Pug-GIANT-MAMMOTH-Beanbag/dp/B00LB69LHA?ref_=bl_dp_s_web_5072758031

It is really messy putting the filler into it though and there is no inner bag making it impossible to wash. I ended up buying some separate netting so I can wash mine, but it makes it a little lumpy. You might be able to find better elsewhere, but it is still pretty comfy.

Big Joe 0002656 Media Lounger... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079Z35FHW?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

The bag is amazing. & it’s actually thick foam inside. It’s top 10 purchases I’ve ever made in my life.

Unfortunately, I got the couch on Letgo. But I can try and find a tag for you.

u/thewhitestmexican12 · 2 pointsr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

I pick sloth because if I had this I would never ever move. :p

u/Jenn1555 · 2 pointsr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

You NEEEED one of these It will feel just like a cuddle. I promise.

u/redd1tr1dingh00d · 1 pointr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

First Father's Day for the fiance! Huzzah!

This item is one that is actually on my list for when I have a bigger place to live and I'm not moving around so much.

Ta da! Great for gaming, napping, and cuddling children in.

u/Happ4 · 1 pointr/NoStupidQuestions

I bought bean bag filler to put in mine, got it on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Comfort-Research-UltimaX-Refill-Liters/dp/B0055DXQS0/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1457803485&sr=8-3&keywords=big+joe+bean+bag+chair+refill
I have to add more every few months as the beans get "squished". It's very comfortable!

Not sure where you live, but they are like $70 for a decent 1 person.

Here's a 3-to-4-person one (8 footer) the size of a couch for $299 on amazon:

http://www.amazon.com/8-feet-Xx-large-Black-Cozy-Sac/dp/B002WQHLAW/ref=sr_1_20?s=furniture&ie=UTF8&qid=1303366878&sr=1-20

3' by 3' below for like $37.

Where are you shopping for fucking bean bags at? Best Buy?

For $400 you can get a very nice name brand recliner... screw a bean bag.

This recliner is $360 and punches beanbags in the face:

http://www.accentchairstore.com/IVG2/N/ProductID-331463.htm

And that was after about 12 seconds of surfing for one.

u/saint_gutfree · 1 pointr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

Not positive, but probably this.

I never take it off, though, because I do really want it for some unexplainable reason.

I just added this though and it's slightly pricier and in the same vein.

I like being comfy. Now I'm on an expensive comfy chair adding spree.

u/Maybe_Im_Jesus · 1 pointr/malelivingspace

Hmmm...I bought a FUF. I wonder if monster sack is better....

u/H720 · 1 pointr/INEEEEDIT

Something I have! Or a smaller version at least. /u/Checkheck says this is the "Chill Bag"

Name: "Chill Bag"

$366

Product Link:
https://www.amazon.com/Chill-Bag-Bean-8-Feet-Charcoal/dp/B00P21UAHK/

Important to note this is filled with shredded foam, not small beads like many bean bags!

---
The one I have is from Lovesac, so this is one I can personally recommend. Quality is pretty nice and the variety of fabric styles is much more diverse than the Amazon one.

Here's a video of their largest size of bag:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TgyG1ka3rhk

(It's $1,300 and way too big unless you live in a warehouse.)

u/Duke_of_Pillows · 1 pointr/DIY

Amazon has a 7-foot XXL for $140 right now.

u/HiMatty · 1 pointr/trees

Get a bean bag chair on Amazon

u/AerowynX · 1 pointr/Vive

i got one of these was a big sale on them last year got the 6ft one for $100 https://www.amazon.com/Cozy-Sack-6-Feet-Chair-Large/dp/B00139XMFC

i figured it's still probably months off till we get one of the wireless solutions Valve has been helping create so if I can get a few months of use on it it's worth it.

Memory foam is limited by the sizes of the blocks that you eat. You should try smaller pieces, there's shredded foam out in the market these days which are great to snack on

u/mrbooze · 1 pointr/gifs

I men there's things like this but I don't think they're ever as comfortable as they look.

u/Cheesetoast9 · 1 pointr/Frugal

How about a couple of these? Look comfortable, can get em at Walmart apparently. They do have to be up against a wall though, and you will be lower to the floor.
