This is a system that uses hot glue to grab ahold of the dented part and then slowly pull it back into place. It takes a LOT of massaging and effort to get it looking perfectly flush again, but I've gotten number of small dents out of my stainless steel refrigerator using a similar kit. I wouldn't recommend this for big dents, but for little teeny ones like yours it can definitely work with the right level of effort.
So, I've repaired Samsung phones for a couple of years. I know you wanted to be recommended a guide, but I think I can write a pretty good one and most I've seen online are not very good.
First off, there are some complications to this repair:
1: I recommend getting a new battery, make sure it is actually new though. If your battery comes without preinstalled battery adhesive, it is not new.
The reason for a new battery is that the battery is very firmly glued to the frame of the phone. Removing it without damaging it is very hard. This is why Samsung always replaces the battery when you do a warranty screen repair. It is possible to remove if you use plenty of isopropyl alcohol to release the adhesive, but even then you will probably distort the outer skin of the battery, which makes it unsafe to reinstall.
2: Buy a new back glass if your back glass is chipped or cracked, or has deep scratches, because the original is going to be toast when you remove it. You need to buy the back glass tape kit if you dont want new back glass.
Now to the crucial step: Removing the back glass. Removing it is quite difficult if you've never done it before. The best way to do it is to heat up the phone to about 80° C(176 F). This is most easily done on a hotplate, like the ones that are used in 3d-printers. Another alternative is a heat gun with adjustable temperature.
Never keep it at these temps for longer than 10-15 minutes.
Wear some thin gloves with good grip for these next steps, unless you are insensitive to heat.
When the phone is up to temp, you need to attach one of these to the back glass with the edge of the suction cup on the middle of the long edge on the opposite side from the S pen. Pull on the cup, and brace the chassis of the phone with one of these. If you get it right, you will manage to open a tiny slot between the glass and the chassis, where you can slide in the pick. Add isopropyl alcohol to the pick to keep the glue from sticking too much and reattaching. Gently move the pick around the periphery of the phone, separating the adhesive from either the glass or from the chassis depending on how you got the pick in. Sooner or later you will feel the back glass not being as firmly attached. Then you can pull it off. Be careful with the little flex cable attaching the finger print reader to the main board though.

If you can find some old car that has dents on it, I recommend you practice on it if you plan to use the little dent pushers. Watch some videos as well on PDR tools too.

I second trying a glue dent puller like this . I used it to pull a small dent from the fender of my Mini that wasn't round but it still worked. If it doesn't work it will just pop off no harm done.
This dent remover kit worked awesome on my steel tank, the local PRD guy quoted me $400 to fix a quarter sized dent on my tank, $30 and an hour of my time and the dent is gone
You'll need a tool like this to remove the rivets without breaking them.
Definitely the LED strips, not as hard as you would think if you are somewhat handy and definitely fixable. Watch YouTube videos and order new strips off eBay or shopjimmy.com (just enter model #). I've used rally armor for a while now never had an issue. Their set up is safer in my opinion because they are designed to tear off if something were to get lodge in between the tire and the mud flap vs ripping off your cars panels. That being said I've never taken my subies rock climbing, but the videos are out there. If you're willing to spend the cash go rally armor. If not the cheaper options will probably be just fine for normally driving.
Invest in a forked tool to remove clips before you install them. Makes your life easier.

Aw, same thing happened to mine after I bought it. You could try getting one of those dent removal devices, something this.
I'm a band repair tech and work with brass every day. It's a very soft metal and won't take much to achieve the hammered look. The issue is like the other guy said, it will be difficult and meticulous to achieve a uniform look, but it can be done.
Get yourself a light weight dent hammer and practice on a cheap piece of hardware store hobby brass tube.
I just pulled a similar sized dent with a PDR kit from amazon that cost around 15 bucks. Worked great! If paint hadn't come off when it was dented it would have been (almost) perfect, but since it did i added a little bondo to completely smooth it and matched the paint as best i could. Something similar happened to my tank as well. I used this dent tool and it worked well. Keep in mind the process is slow and you have to repeat the process several times until the dent is gone.

There’s also dent pullers that you can find that look like this one. I’ve seen them in the automotive section at Walmart.

I highly recommend first trying to pull it out with a dent puller suction cup for 1/100th of the body shop price or deductible.

It's worked wonders on any dent I've gotten on body panels. Especially if there aren't any major scratches to the paint.
Is it a big shallow dent like "I hit it with my knee." or a small sharp dent like "I hit it with a pot handle."? For big area dents use a suction puller, an auto parts store will probably loan you one. For sharp dents try a heat gun and can of air duster.
Unfortunately, I don't. I was in the same boat as you last year and hunted around and eventually just decided to live with the dent.
That said, Amazon has these suction based dent fixers for $10-ish. They may work for some but not all dents. That may be worth a try.

If you can't get behind it, stud gun and slide hammer. Looks they can be gotten at harbor freight for around 100 bucks... only downside to this is the paint has to be removed for it work, then you have to grind where the studs were, then do any remaining body work (plastic/skim coat) and repaint.. but that kinda defeats the purpose of paintless.
Those glue type I dint have much experience with honestly. I've never tried to use one, typically I only see the aftermath when they fail to do what they say so I'm kinda biased.
