Hi Daniella,
I am sorry your are going through this. My egg cracked about 8 weeks ago. I found that is easiest to set small goals and work towards them. Since then, I have come out as trans to my friend since 3rd grade, my wife, and my sister, who told her husband. I own my own business and have 5 people who work for me. If you ever need to talk feel free to private msg me. I am 38 with 2 kids. Things are stressful. I have found it is really helpful to have a therapist who works with trans people. I found mine here: https://www.wpath.org/provider/search
I talk to my friend daily, it is really helpful to have someone you can turn to who you know what be an ally. My sister is supportive, but we don't talk about this too much, she is trying to adjust. My wife is less supportive. She doesn't want to be married to a woman. We are talking things through.
I told my mom I wanted to be a girl when I was 5-ish. I turned to crossdressing a few years after when she made it pretty clear that wasn't an option.
Don't drive your car off a bridge, figure out a way toward your goals, and start small. I had the happiest day in my life 2 weeks ago, when I walked into an Ulta dressed as a woman. I cried tears of joy on the way home, I was so happy. Honestly, it gets better. I also found that waxing my body helps a ton. I started off with this: https://www.amazon.com/Stripless-Beans%EF%BC%8814-1oz%EF%BC%8920-Applicator-Eyebrows-Painless/dp/B07JK4C34Y/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=self+waxing&qid=1572730528&sr=8-4
I also started plucking 20-30 eye brow hairs off a day. No one noticed, and now I have some nice eye brows :) Small goals. Trust me it helps!
Let me know if I can help and good luck,
-Jessica
Amazon! This kit has been amazing.

Used to be an aesthetician and recently diagnosed. So hard waxes (the ones you donāt need to use a fabric strip on) are much less irritating to the skin and perfect for facial waxing. In order to do this at home you will need 4 things:
The issue many beginners have with using hard wax is getting it the right consistency/temperature and many hard waxes may become brittle when drying because they were overheated. This wax becomes more of a rubbery consistency making it super easy to use.
All in all should cost you around $45-$50 to get started but is super cheap in the long run because you only need to replace the items pretty infrequently.
Remember to ALWAYS double check the wax temp by testing a small amount on the inside of your wrist before applying it to more delicate areas. Also the wax consistency should always be around room temperature honey... if itās any more liquid-y than that itās too hot.
Wow... Guess I've been the only successful home waxer? I went on amazon and purchased:
This wax melter:
Satin Smooth Professional Single Wax Warmer https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001LFE306/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_WQ4bub1VJ6NN0
This wax:
Satin Smooth Deluxe Cream Pot Wax, 14 Ounce https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001GDNCIM/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_JP4bub1X3KNX3
These muslin strips:
GiGi Muslin Strips, Large, 100 Count (Pack of 2) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0030ZRSCK/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_jQ4bub1GJN6V1
Also buy the sticks from a craft store. Way cheeper.
Remember to do small amounts. Pull the skin tight, count to 3 and just pull the strip. I suggest buying gloves because you get rather sticky and make sure to lay something down that you don't mind getting wax on. Been doing this for about 5 months now with little or no issues. I do leave a landing strip though...
Edit: on phone and need to put in links.
Omg I absolutely LOVE my waxing kit! Iāve had it for 7 years now and it was probably the best money Iāve ever spent! Waxing is great because it lasts a good amount of time, doesnāt make your skin darker (like shaving might), and because I do it at home, Iāve probably saved nearly 1k by doing it myself!
I have this kit
GiGi Honee Hair Removal Wax Warmer for 14 oz Wax Cans https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0030ZRS70/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_oEn1Db884NV4Q
10/10 recommend!
A coffee mug warmer might work if it will fit the tin's diameter. There's also this
I wax my armpits, bikini area, lip, chin, and nipples. For some reason I canāt wax my legs, they just hate it and it makes me really itchy. Maybe OP can try waxing at home, although I think that maybe she may have to get the back done professionally since she may not be able to reach. I use hard wax beads and a wax melter I bought on amazon.
You can get a decent waxing starter kit for $40 on Amazon. You can learn how to do it effectively enough with 5 minutes of youtube training and reading the manual.
Of course!! Itās actually this one. The wax came with it so not exactly sure what it is or what to call it, but itās like a pale cream color. I apply it against the direction of hair growth so it ācoatsā all the hairs and it gets literally all the hair I covered. I have SO MUCH hair and itās as thick as menās facial hair and this works amazing for me.
Edit/ I want to add I feel you 100%. The only thing I hate about waxing is the growth that follows, it feels weird and the texture is so weird with the little bumps that appear, but shaving is so much worse for me. I will shave and still have 5 o clock shadow if I donāt cover it with makeup, and I typically donāt wear makeup to work. PCOS is sooo not fun.
An oil like this will help a ton. That's what it's made for.

Use a clean wax paper strip instead of a paper towel, they're much sturdier and won't tear as easily. Turn your pot on high heat and hopefully that'll warm up the outside of your pot a bit as well. Once you have everything cleaned up, finish with 91% isopropyl alcohol to remove the greasy residue.
We got some Cirepril hard wax, a good heater and watched some videos. There were some hilarious (and painful!) incidents as part of our learning process, but it's been really positive.
Blue hard wax we use
this is the wax warmer we have

I'm also having a hard time finding it. Is "ouchless" a brand name?
I found this though
Sorry you have to deal with that, it seems we have the opposite problem. In the meantime would maybe waxing work for you? It generally works for a lot longer than shaving does, and imho the only way to burn yourself or have it hurt is to make it super hot. It should be just warm enough for you to touch and have it harden immediately. You can get one of the little kits for eyebrows and the upper lip, or you can get a cheap waxing kit off Amazon. I fucked up my eyebrow once on accident and I have crazy-thick eyebrow hairs, so it might work for you. Being ftm, I can tell you that most women donāt shave their face, itās really the one thing that isnāt shaved. Hopefully that helps you out, Iām more than happy to help as best I can.
Edit: This is what I have Itās a nice little wax warmer that comes with a ton of wax and pretty clear instructions. And you donāt need waxing strips or anything for the wax that comes with it either.
Wax Warmer - Bouvetan Waxing Hair Removal Kit with 4 Hard Wax Beans(14.1oz) and 20 Wax Applicator Sticks (at-Home Waxing) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079FGRCBJ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_uIQ0Bb0FBRYV7
Well, you can use a double boiler to do that. I use on of these for my clay. Heats it up evenly and gets it liquid pretty quick.
I have medium-long, average thickness hair with an oily scalp. And I'm also losing hair and occasionally get dandruff. My ponytail used to be a quarter thickness, and now it is closer to a nickel :'( I've bleached my hair before (though I haven't in the last 1.5 years) and I think my hair loss is greatly due to bleaching and not hormone stress, or diet related
Every morning I take hair vitamins (My walgreens was selling them for 9.99) and they've made the biggest difference for me. I noticed my nails no longer break and my hair fallout during my showers are significantly less
I also use daeng gi meo ri ki gold premium shampoo and their conditioner. They have been pretty gentle on my hair and it makes my scalp less oily. I wash every other day
After every wash, I use It's a 10 leave in conditioner
Once a week I use Nature Republic argan hair pack/mask, Skinfood Hair tonic and scalp mask. I have no idea if the hair tonic or scalp mask is helping my hair, but I do like the feeling of the scalp mask.
edit: I kind of want to try innisfree mint green tea shampoo line because I've also heard peppermint helps with hair loss
Instead of traditional incense, you can use an electric wax melter and Essential Oils. Basically, instead of putting wax in the top section to melt down, you put a small amount of water in it, then drip essential oils, or fragrance oils, into the water. Of course, you could always just get different wax tarts with the herbal scents you want instead, as well.
Or, you can use a steam diffuser like this one to heat up the essential oils. It creates steam, so you can have the visual cue of a "smoke" without breaking the rules.
FYI I bought the Smiley Daisy Hibiscus based on this link, and I was completely underwhelmed. It would only fill about a 10x15 room with scent. When I placed the unit in my kitchen, I couldn't even smell the oils though the house.
I returned the Hibiscus and ordered the Zen Breeze instead
Much better reviews on square footage coverage for only $10 more
If you want a diffuser to cover as much area as the Hibiscus just get the Seneo for a fraction of the price

That's what I like to use, it's super easy to use and fool-proof in my opinion.
OK. I'll admit it. I hijacked your bank card last week and I make no apologies for it.
Unfortunately for me, however, my mini-me and her sidekick have not been the best partners in crime. They have demolished most of the vertical blinds in our household, making it very difficult (if not impossible) for me to carry out all sorts of shenanigans with said hijacked card without these!
Ah well. At least it's NOT MY CARD.
;)
This is the best thing I've tried so far.
I would never use creams or shave, myself, but I wanted to know what made you rule those out as well. I just didnāt see risking the wax every time to be worth it.
Hot wax is what I use too! I wish I could go to a professional, it would be so much faster...
Wax.
I gave up on trying to get shaving to work right. My skin is too light, and my hair is too dark, and it grows tooo fast.
I use this no-strip, self-hardening wax, and it works FANTASTICALLY. (This coming from someone who doesn't wax very well!)
