If it's available to you, try taking a bath. I like to use these Japanese bath salts. They're really affordable (comes out to less than a dollar per bath) and they leave me smelling so good afterwards.

u/vxcosmicowl · 13 pointsr/AsianBeauty

I was once a depressed teenager who hated bathing so I'll give it a try!

INOFACE makes a Jelly Body Wash that could be fun. I'm waiting on mine in the mail right now, it's basically the same as LUSH's Shower Jellies, and they have Peppermint or Milk. (I found these on memebox)

If he can fit into a bath tub, something like this might be fun to recreate a sort of Onsen inspired experience. I'd recommend gifting these in tandem with a bath tray and maybe a bamboo plant or other small greenery to give a more 'Japanese Spa' atmosphere.

I hope this helps :)

There is a gorgeous Sleek eyeshadow palette in Garden of Eden that's pretty much exactly what you're looking for. https://www.amazon.com/Sleek-I-divine-Eyeshadow-Palette-Garden/dp/B00HSJYQII/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1494821677&sr=8-1&keywords=sleek+garden+of+eden

Some nice oils! Or bath salts. I like these(the avocado or coconut are my favourite ones)

u/OldCivicFTW · 5 pointsr/fasting
  1. After lots of research, barring pre-existing medical conditions, I've never heard any arguments against it that don't fall along the lines of "You should eat, because I want to eat, and I don't want to feel like my way is wrong or for you to remind me how little self-discipline I have." LOL.
  2. Fasting won't slow down your metabolism, but losing weight will! A smaller body burns fewer calories--you can't go back to eating your previous diet after losing a bunch of weight, regardless of how you lose it. Also, as /u/Eat_Like_A_Snake pointed out, extreme calorie restriction isn't the same as fasting--it can cause severe problems.
  3. As you start weighing less, it takes less skeletal muscle to move your body around, and less heart muscle to pump blood around your smaller body, so unless you strength and aerobics-train, that muscle that you no longer need will disappear--this is true whether you're fasting or not! Your body does need some protein daily, but there are lots of non-muscle proteins--like that extra skin you don't need any more--for it to recycle! No, fasting is not a zombie. It will not eat your brain. Your body just spent years stocking away the perfect fuel for you (fat) to survive on in the absence of food--body fat even has fat-soluble vitamins in it! Why would it eat your brain instead?
  4. As long as it takes? Angus Barbieri did it for 382 days--and coincidentally, the weight stayed off.
  5. This article contains specifics on which nutrients you need to worry about during re-feeding, but in general, it goes like this: Keep the insulin index of your food down until your stomach has returned to a size that can hold enough calories to fuel your body. Low insulin-index foods are foods which are mostly made of fat, or which have barely any calories. That said, I broke my last 21-day fast with Thanksgiving dinner. LOL. As Dr. Fung mentions, re-feeding syndrome is something which was identified in severely malnourished concentration camp victims, and is probably not a concern for healthy people.
  6. Your body needs protein, and that extra skin is a source of protein--so most of the time, fasting minimizes the loose skin, but occasionally, I'll read about someone who fasted and still ended up with loose skin, so maybe genetics is another factor, or maybe they're not fasting long enough to trigger autophagy.
  7. Ehhh, most medical professionals are knee-jerk scared of anything unfamiliar just like normal humans, and fasting isn't mainstream... yet. So you're highly unlikely to find one that will be okay with this. Before-and-after hormone/endocrine/nutrient panels might be interesting, though!
  8. I'm on Day 40, and here's my list of supplements: Garden of Life Multivitamin, Zhou Lyte Up (as needed), Now Bone Strength, Iodoral cut into quarters, and L-Theanine as-needed when the elevated adrenaline gets to be too much. All of these are fine on an empty stomach. Some cheaper alternatives I've tried are: Morton's Lite Salt is about half sodium chloride/half potassium Chloride; bulk Potassium Bicarbonate is super-cheap and flavorless; and you can take an Epsom Salt bath to get your magnesium. Like most other fasters, my fasting guru is Dr. Jason Fung. He has all sorts of YouTube videos, as well as the Intensive Dietary Management website, and a couple pretty famous books.

    More Notes:

  • The maximum amount of calories you can convert from fat per day is kg of fat * 69.4692 or lbs of fat * 31.5053. It's possible for a person to not have enough body fat to meet their calorie needs, so they'd have to supplement dietary fat. Body fat supplies around 7,717 calories per kg or 3500 per lb. Using this math, if you lost more weight than the calories you burned according to your Fitbit or whatever, or more than your theoretical maximum, it's probably either glycogen (aka "water weight") or food in your digestive tract. I keep losing that extra weight until Day 12-ish.

Omg I love Tabino yado. It moisturizes my skin and it doesn't stain my tub. It smells sooo good too except for one of them that smelled like cotton candy...didn't like that one too much haha. [Here] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000V2EXL4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) is the amazon link for everyone who is curious.

Ohhhh my GAD BATH SALTS FOR DAYZZZZZZ!! Thank you thank you thank you /u/alisonflies !!!! :)

Edit: Product list time!:
The box on the left is the Tabino Yado Hot Springs ''Milky'' Bath Salts Assortment Pack and the canister on the left is the Bath Roman Yakusen Japanese Cypress (Hinoki). Both are very milky and very soothing. The Hinoki one smells quite woodsy and outdoorsy (in a REALLY good way) and I used the light green package (there's four different onsens that the salts are "from") which had a floral woodsy smell to it.

u/CasaDilla · 4 pointsr/AsianBeauty

Hey, I recently posted some success with absolutely obliterating my keratosis pilaris, but I'm not sure which product it was. I get it on my thighs and upper arms, but it's completely gone in the last month. I've added two products to my body routine. Once a week, I take a bath with these japanese bath salts and once a week, I put on a benton snail bee essence mask and slather the remaining essence all over my body. I'm pretty confident that one of these two products is the reason for the change. The bath salts are what I'm putting my money on, at the moment, but it's really hard to tell. Exfoliation never worked for me. I think it actually made it worse.

There is a big rock painting and hunting hobby right now that is exactly how it sounds. People collect rocks of all sizes, paint some really beautiful scenes (or you know, toddler level) and then hide them for others to find.

You could order or paint them and depending on your level of patience and time send her on a nearby scavenger hunt (hide them right before or leave a note for NAME to find because others will take them) or put them all in a gift box and maybe hide them all in one spot (same thing, for NAME, DO NOT TAKE, ONLY PAINTED ROCKS).

-OR-

Buy her plain rocks and art supplies to paint herself. They actually sell rocks on Amazon and at craft stores. Yup.

Painted Rocks On Amazon

Just Rocks because $$ for Amazon

I recommend getting white because they are easier to paint

Three fancy animal rocks if you scroll down to buy all three

[One $50 rock, I also saw one for $166!](Italian Landscape Painted Rock Paperweight https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B079G9F21M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_EpU8Bb1Z5WFFF)

Etsy has a lot more of a selection of course and there is a rockhunting sub around.

-AND-

My favorite bath bombs have the jewelry in them. This one was my very favorite and while not in the price range you are looking for, maybe you can make her a gift baksrt of her favorite things.

There are a lot of inexpensive Undertaker signed merch for like $20 or less.

I don't know what her makeup she likes but her favorite brand lip or eyeshadow palette is always nice.

A collectors edition of her favorite horror movie.

A Batman or other batman character funko pop.

All those together with one of the rock suggestions would be in your budget, a custom basket and you wouldn't have to hope strangers dont steal things.

That epsom salt is so cheap and so relaxing. I've was using it well before I started making new people in my head, but it really helps relax the body and mind to get ready to do forcing work. You can buy a big bag of it at any drug store, or you can go to Amazon and get a bunch of it all at once.

u/[deleted] · 3 pointsr/Paleo

Hey. Just going to chime in a bit too. My fiance has had eczema for probably 20 years or so now and breakouts happen every now and then since becoming paleo and being more strict on what he eats and what he puts on his body.. hopefully some things that we have done will help you out a bit! Just a few months ago he got a bad outbreak again, which hasn't been the worst I've seen but it was still bad. Very red, flaky, skin, almost like a sunburn. He felt really ill and constantly had the chills and little appetite. There were some obvious things that attributed to it, such as drinking too much (yes, i know its not paleo) and drinking too much coffee and not enough water, so he was becoming very dehydrated on a consistent basis. He went to see a naturalopathic doctor who gave him a list of things to do. one was of course to cut back on caffeine and drink plenty of water, watch out for foods high in sulfur like eggs, and to take a epsom salt bath every day, and if you can, check out redmond dead sea salts. they are better than epsom and have been known to help clear up eczema.

another thing you can try, which has really helped my SO, was checking out the paleo auto immune diet. basically just like paleo, except you cut out night shade vegetables, no spices or pepper, eggs, onions ( i think) etc, etc, i know there are a lot of good sites on that info. we also started incorporating more and more fermented veggies in our diets. check out raw sauerkraut, veggie delight (available at whole foods or im sure you can find at another natural food type store) so that you are getting tons and tons of probiotics! I can't think of anything else right now but I believe doing all this will really help you, but it takes time and you might still have break outs or uncomfortable days but dont quit cause it won't last long! his skin still breaks out in certain spots and wheeps but its gone by the next day. also check out bone broth, super easy to make and even tastier to drink or add to soups. marrow bones are easier to find now a days and you can roast them before and eat out the marrow which tastes like heaven. i hope you find some good answers and good luck!

EDIT**- here is the vegi-delite info (i spelt it wrong earlier)

its pricey but very delicious and worth the price IMO.

Okay, if I'm breaking the rules, then just ignore this post. But personally what I would do is just totally pamper myself!!! Since you totally deserve it, if you so choose, here's a step by step process approved by yours truly :b

  1. Pick a good book! Something along the lines of [this] (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Miss-Peregrines-Home-Peculiar-Children/dp/1594746060/ref=wl_it_dp_v_nS_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=93F7UCQCYL93&coliid=IKK84OLGCAATV) (which I was ogling at the store, so you'll have to tell me how it is whenever you read it!) or even [this] (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Brave-New-World-Aldous-Huxley/dp/0099518473/ref=wl_it_dp_v_nS_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=93F7UCQCYL93&coliid=I2IOJFEAO4AML3) which is personally one of my favorite books ever.

Got a book? Perfect! You may proceed.

  2. Draw yourself a bath with these [awesome bath bombs and soaps] (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Bomb-Cosmetics-Luxury-Ballotin-Assortment/dp/B000XFU4K8/ref=wl_it_dp_v_nS_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=1DI8MIXIWXE36&coliid=IF8YM49L6KGD) and lather it up, soak it up, and relax yo'self while reading your book that you chose in step 1.

  3. Probably should be labeled as step number two, but to help set the ambiance, don't forget about the [candles!] (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Lily-Flame-Scented-Candle-Tin/dp/B0018RJMEY/ref=wl_it_dp_v_nS_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=1DI8MIXIWXE36&coliid=IVW7ZQAC9OO0J)

  4. Last, but most certainly not least! Finish off your relaxing pampering sesh with [a beautiful mani] (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Valentines-Cosmic-Glitter-Lacquer-Perfect/dp/B006JNX61C/ref=wl_it_dp_v_nS_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=CPGFYU1TC89&coliid=ISOQI53E5PNXX), and don't forget to [clean up afterwards!] (http://www.amazon.co.uk/POLISH-VARNISH-REMOVER-CORRECTOR-CORRECTION/dp/B0061XTGIM/ref=wl_it_dp_v_nS_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=CPGFYU1TC89&coliid=I3LTVFYIJMHE5V)

> Everytime I go in for any of this nobody knows a damn thing.

So, it's really important to understand and recognize that PCOS is still something that Western doctors haven't 100% figured out and learned how to treat. Knowing that, and knowing the abysmal quality of OBGYN care in Japan, I would expect that the cluelessness and lack of understanding would be significantly more frustrating here.

Second, get to /r/PCOS if you haven't already. Granted, there's a lot of crap posting from self-diagnosed obese women who attribute their inability to get pregnant/lose weight to PCOS and not their weight/laziness, but I digress...Just use a critical eye and learn to recognize bullshit posts.

It's not PCOS, but it's similar and worth sharing my friend's story: She left Japan last year after 5-6 years of living in the country to return to the US — not because she wanted to, but because she was unable to find a doctor who could understand, let alone properly treat, her endometriosis. She'd been diagnosed in the US about a year prior to her departure while visiting home, and when she was back in Japan, it was a literal nightmare situation for her. It took her months to get birth control/hormonal treatment and she couldn't find a doctor in Tokyo (of all places) who'd had experience with the disorder before — which is surprising, considering it's a very real, well-documented and rather well-understood OBGYN ailment. My friend was consistently told to "ganbare" through her paid (which, if you're familiar with endometriosis, is a fucking laugh and a half) and that she didn't need surgery (which is the #1 best way to help cure/treat endometriosis). At the end of it all, she understood her health was more important than her life here — so she reluctantly left her friends/career/life behind to go home and get the treatment she needed.

Anyway back to PCOS — I was diagnosed, then undiagnosed, then rediagnosed with it throughout my teens and early 20s. (Remember that whole part about it not being understood? I had a doctor tell me that because I wasn't "obese or overweight with a beard" there was no way I could have PCOS. Right.) The #1 treatment method is birth control, so I suggest you get back on it right away. I've had a lot of success with microgestin, but YMMV. Keep in mind it took me switching four different birth control pills/brands over ~5-6 years before finding something that worked. I have a few friends who also have it and they all take some form of oral contraceptive as well.

The birth control will help tremendously with the acne. A lot of women also have success with spironolactone — but I've never taken it, and I'm not sure if you can get it in Japan. Acne and melasma are my biggest symptoms — the other being painful cysts that burst and sent me to the ER — so this is the one area I have a lot of experience with. General OTC acne stuff does not address or help with hormonal cystic acne that's caused by PCOS. The topic stuff that is prescribed in the West (Diffrin, Retinol etc.) isn't legal in Japan. You can manage it in the meantime by using a good salicylic acid product — I actually swear by 明色化粧品 明色美顔水, a Japanese anti-acne lotion (toner) that's been around for 130+ years.

The only other option is, if you can, return to your home country for a doctor visit and get on a good treatment plan with them. You're not going to find help for PCOS and other OBGYN ailments in Japan. They simply refuse to acknowledge their existence.

Could you please edit the URLs of the first toner and the first moisturiser on the list so that everything from (and including) "tag=" is removed? That way, the product page will still be visible - but no one can make a profit from the link.

Alternatively, copy these links:

https://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/product/B000FP3PLG/

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01EN0FWKU/

If you've done that, please reply to this message so I can approve your comment. Thank you!

YAY FOR GETTING THE JOB!! :D :D :D I'm so pleased for you!

Erm, I hope its allowed, but I'd like to suggest you get yourself a couple of things - so that it is a really big treat and celebration of your job! xD

Firstly, this mirror So you can check you look absolutely awesome before heading of to your new job!

Then, these so that you can get home and take a relaxing bath..

This candle to burn in the bathroom (and anywhere else in your new flat!) to give off a yummy smell and while you take a nice bath, help you relax! :D

Finally, a used copy (to keep things under £40) of this book to help you indulge in relaxation properly and escape in an enjoyable fashion while you celebrate! Its not a top-notch novel that will expand your mind - but he's a great author for a cheeky read in the bath :) and we all need a good romance novel now and again!

aaaaand, no gifts for me necessary! I just wanted to suggest some nice things for you to get yourself! :D

Congrats again on the job! <3

My boyfriend and I are big Arrested Development fans so this year we're probably dressing up as George Michael and Maeby in banana stand outfits. If I could have my way, he would dress up as Tobias and blue himself and I would dress up as Lindsay and wear a slut shirt and carry around a bottle of vodka. Or make ham water. My dream costume would be the perfect cosplay version of Daenerys Targaryen. That would require a lot of money and work.

I would love this! Thanks for the contest and happy birthday!

You're in luck! With some hunting I managed to find the same thing I got on Ebay for 95p more.

Here you go!

u/ohwhereismycoffee · 2 pointsr/AsianBeauty

Not OP but yes it is! I've used these before and they're lovely!

u/shinyhairedzomby · 2 pointsr/AsianBeauty

Personally I've been eyeing these, but Amazon has plenty of others, both with and without prime shipping.

u/RumpleAndBelle · 2 pointsr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

You should try these they are magical!

u/cinderflight · 2 pointsr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

I found this lovely bath bomb set that your cousin may like

u/QueenBumbleBrii · 2 pointsr/entwives

LifeAround2Angels! I buy them on Amazon for ~$25 for 12:

LifeAround2Angels Bath Bombs Gift Set 12 USA made Fizzies, Shea & Coco Butter Dry Skin Moisturize, Perfect for Bubble & Spa Bath. Handmade Birthday Mothers day Gifts idea For Her/Him, wife, girlfriend https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MFGN8S5/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_NdC3Cb3XREM40

So super colorful and some have petals or glitter and all have silky feeling oils and one is BLACK which is my favorite 🥰

u/almightywhacko · 2 pointsr/wicked_edge

> I would like to clarify that my options of purchasing safety razors are limited, as i do not reside in the US. My country simply does not use DE razors anymore, and thus it's hard for me to find or try them other places than online.

Regardless of your country, DE razors are a fairly rare item to find in retail stores which is why almost everyone buys them online. Also, very few DE razors are made in the U.S. Most of them are made in Europe or Asia so I don't see how living outside the U.S. would prohibit you from finding a good razor fairly inexpensively (unless you are in Australia, where shipping is a killer).

As for that kit, you have a cheap razor, cheaper brush, cheap (but decent) soap and Derby blades. Personally I wouldn't buy it. Even looking for super-cheap gear you can do a lot better.

If I was going to buy from Amazon UK and my budget was around $20, this is what I would go for:

u/teenaamariee · 2 pointsr/Wishlist

i try not to worry about the news anymore because it just makes me too sad. hugs to you and everyone else who needs it!!

galaxy bath bomb because relaxing baths are never a bad idea.

Sudoku is great because it keeps my brain moving and is something i can do to relax and destress.

Boston Terrier Stickers on Etsy because who doesn't love stickers?!

thanks for the contest :)

This stuff is magical AF. This is the ONLY thing that has killed my acne and made my skin look better than ever. I also put it in baths, diffuse it into my air, body scrubs, everything. Obviously not the same as salt caves, but damn will it make a good difference! Salt is just very cleansing.

u/stupidminnow · 2 pointsr/MakeupAddiction

Sleek palettes are sooo good for the price. I'm such a broken record on here talking about the Garden of Eden but it's sooo good. A mix of greens, lilacs, and bronze shades with that warm matte brown in the top right corner is one of my favorite matte browns I've ever used. I love that palette so much and it's just $10 pre-shipping on Amazon.

u/rocksinformation · 2 pointsr/FeminineNotFeminist

I use a double-edged safety razor and Dr. Bronner's shaving soap. Pros: closest shave I've ever gotten with my stubborn dark hair. Cons: have to be slow and careful, going in tiny little strokes, so that I don't cut myself.

Morning:

u/wang-bang · 1 pointr/tretinoin

Cerave Hydrating cleanser I guess? Swap it out for OCM. I use Keri mineral oil. My routine is much simpler than yours though.

Its OCM+sunscreen in the morning after shower
reapply sunscreen throughout the day
Ocm and Retinols at night, also apply vaseline if I am particularly dry that night.

Aztec clay masks on sundays

I dont have access to hydrocolloid bandages, and the on the spot medicinal treatments I have available do not mix well with retinols for my skin. So I dont do spot treatments even though I should.

u/luckykarma83 · 1 pointr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

You should take a nice long bubble bath with this bath bomb...everyone can use a nice bubble bath every now and then.

Happy birthday!!!! I hope it was wonderful!

u/oklahomajobless · 1 pointr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

I don’t have any overdue library books because I don’t have a library card, instead sitting in the bathtub with things like linkthis.

u/Fluttuers · 1 pointr/Coffee

i use a very similar recipe. I use .25gm baking soda and .74gm of epsom salt. There should not be any sort of salty flavor in the water. If you taste the water by itself it should taste pretty close to your average filtered water. What kind of epsom salt are you using? I am using this brand for the epsom salt

and poland springs distilled water.

u/whalewhathavewehere · 1 pointr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

I think you should get these.

FRANKIE SAYS RELAX.

What I want most is actually a Sleek palette too! Vintage Romance or Garden of Eden

Happy birthday!

u/Anita89 · 1 pointr/RandomActsofMakeup

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! Thank you for the contest, I hope you get what you want. Sleek i Devine Palette is my choice, because I bought my NYX wishlist lol It's my party!

u/GarbaGarba · 1 pointr/RandomActsofMakeup

It's my party!

Such a great idea, I did this same thing last week for my birthday! For my birthday, I would hope to receive one of the Sleek palettes on my wishlist, like the Garden of Eden or Oh So Special! They look sooo nice and I'm on an eyeshadow no buy, so it'd be fantastic.

Happy birthday!

u/darius_m · 1 pointr/wicked_edge

It was almost 7 pounds for both brush and soap. Here is the amazon link:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004NTMR1O/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

This is my first ever DE kit so I have nothing to compare it to, but even after the first time I used it, I got a way better shave than I did with my old electric razor.

u/Aberwitzig · 1 pointr/AsianBeauty

I have no idea what they are, but these ones. I like that it's an assortment because you can try different scents.

u/mamukizzy · 1 pointr/AsianBeauty

soak in the tub with warm/hot water with nice Japanese bath salt (it doesn't bubble but it claims to relax. I'm inlove with this ) and sheetmasking at the same time

edited to fix link

u/TeaLeavesAndTweed · 1 pointr/AsianBeauty

I got these a while ago, but I really like the white ones best. I'm going to try this one once I make it through my current jar of lavender bath salts.

You're welcome!

Here's a link to a good salt bath for eczema: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004GINGOY/

Happy happy birthday!! You should buy yourself some yummy mango candy, a luxurious bath bomb, and Howl's Moving Castle. Sounds like a good way to pamper yourself for your birthday! :)

u/Elkripper · 1 pointr/keurig

Cool. I love it when easy answers solve problems.

I make a mixture of 3 parts baking soda and 5 parts food-grade epsom salt (https://www.amazon.com/Pure-Organic-Ingredients-Magnesium-All-Natural/dp/B075MV4F58/ref=sr_1_2_sspa) , then add 1/4 teaspoon of that mixture to a gallon of our well water. Then I use that as my Keurig water. If I'm going through a lazy phase, I'll buy the Walmart "drinking water" (not distilled) and use that without adding anything, but the water I mix up myself seems to work and taste better.

u/jjennings089 · 1 pointr/shaving

Shaving sucks for me. After 20 years here is my best solution. I use this:https://www.amazon.com/Philips-Norelco-attachments-skin-friendly-QG3330/dp/B00ARF42H0/ref=sr_1_6_s_it?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1498373043&sr=1-6&keywords=body+groomer

Use this to trim the long hairs before a shower.

A nice long warm shower, get out and don't dry face.

Use this shave goo... if you face is dryish use warm water and a wash cloth to help. https://www.amazon.com/Dr-Bronners-Shaving-Gel-Naked/dp/B0013NPUYO/ref=sr_1_2_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1498373395&sr=8-2&keywords=shave+cream+dr+bronners

This shave cream smells like peanut butter and makes me gag but it does the trick.

I use the https://www.amazon.com/Gillette-Fusion5-ProShield-Packaging-Razors/dp/B0168MB6II/ref=sr_1_4_s_it?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1498373966&sr=1-4&keywords=gillette%2Bfusion&th=1

As soon as the yellow strip on top goes white change the blade.

u/newbshave · 1 pointr/wicked_edge

Thank you for your response! I might end up buying the rocket and one of the techs.

It is possible to order one stick! There's also a deal which offers an arko stick and a brush for $5: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Arko-Shaving-Stick-Bristle-Brush/dp/B004NTMR1O/ref=sr_1_3?s=drugstore&ie=UTF8&qid=1343133826&sr=1-3
Do you think that is good, or is it too cheap to be true? Sadly, I can't find the Omega 40033 on amazon.co.uk, and I would prefer to order from there for simplicity's sake.

u/KittenAnne · 1 pointr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon
  1. Never

  2. TP

    bath salts

    wipes

    Dryer sheets

    comes to around 27 dollars

  3. Codename Duchess

    4 forth thing

5 all addons and they are all on my needed list
u/monochrome_daydream · 1 pointr/crossdressing

It sounds like you're pressing too hard with the razor, or using a dull blade.

Having a good razor is a must. I like these. When you shave, you want the blade to glide over the skin, without pressing into the skin. A good shaving soap might help. This is my absolute favorite.

Exfoliating between, or prior to shaving is a big help. A good loofah should only cost a couple of bucks, but it saves you so much hassle.

Don't get discouraged. After all, "practice makes perfect". :)

u/Foxconfessor01 · 1 pointr/BabyBumps

This stuff is the bomb.com

It helped me through the dry winter itchies and I really think cut down on stretch marks. Plus epsom salt is good for muscles and swelling!

u/Fmradiochick · 1 pointr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

I just started substitute teaching at a Montessori school in the 1.5 to 3 year old age range. Well… I'm not sure what you know about Montessori but it's all about the kids doing everything on their own so prepping snack which would take me all of 5 min takes them at least an hour so needless to say when I get home all I want to do is crank up the hot water and relax with one of [these] (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B007G0GRUE/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_img?_encoding=UTF8&colid=26SWLD702LW5B&coliid=I2QYYFBLDILSAT) talk about the gift that keeps giving. Every time I use them I come out feeling refreshed and relaxed. :)

u/Somnambulates · 1 pointr/SkincareAddiction

This
Obviously cheaper at the grocery store. But I’ve used this with my kids and it seems not irritating for their KP and makes their skin really soft. Plus Epsom salts supposed to be good for aches and pains.
