If you're not telling anyone you could always have the servers bring you sparkling apple cider, generally it's also fun for the kids/non alcohol drinkers in your reception.
As for the morning sickness it's different with each woman, saltine crackers help and they have these new lolly pops and hard candies out that are supposed to also be awesome.

FH and I haven’t decided if we’re going to do favors yet, but if we do we’re going to have rock candy in our wedding colors. We figure that people can eat it during the reception if they want, and it goes with our space theme.
Is it safe to assume that your brother is in the military deployed in Okinawa? If so, american candy is readily available on the stores in the base so if you'd like to save room you could possibly leave a little out.
I would recommend sending some ethnic snacks and trinkets which he probably won't see much of in Japan such as Pulparindo or Chili covered lollipops . If he favors more of a standard fair, you could possibly get him some Salt Water Taffy.
If your brother is a beer person you could also maybe get him some souvenir glasses / coasters / or growlers from a local brewery.

You can find them online on some mexico sites. Shouldn't be too hard to find in Texas at a Mexican grocery store or corner store. Depends how close you are to the border I guess.

They are a pretty tasty, teeth safe alternative to lollipops!
